Theme
Exploring the Tailored Approach and Current Challenges of Surgery
- Surgery 2020

Welcome message

Aim:

Surgery 2020 provides opportunities for both academics and business, and countries to share their research through the conference podium.

Provide opportunities for educators to receive feedback on their findings through discussions and allow them to establish contacts with leading members of other countries and institutions. Tours are the main way to “break the ice” away from the formalities of the meeting room, providing an informal environment for discussing different angles. Even in the interconnected world of internet and satellite conferencing, there is no substitute for personal interaction.

The theme of our conference is ‘Exploring the Tailored Approach and Current Challenges of Surgery’, which recognizes the rapid advances being made in basic research and the need for their translation from the bench to the beside and also a translation of the evidence generated into clinical practice.

Surgery 2020 anticipates over 500 participants globally which embrace thought-provoking keynote speeches, oral and poster presentation. This conference provides you an excellent platform to deliver your new ideas, strategies, convictions, and experience that will be highly valuable for your future contribution.

This conference is a great opportunity for all the delegates of the University and institution which allows you to interact with world-class scientists and business persons. The inquisitive participants can confirm their participation by registration of Surgery 2020 along with your colleagues. Surgery 2020 will act as a forum to exchange your ideas and views with leading scientists and business leaders, investors in this field.

We welcome you to Paris on February 17, 2020 and hope that this year’s conference will challenge and inspire you, and result in new knowledge, collaborations, and friendships.

Medical Robotics and Computer Assisted Surgery Market Overview:

The Medical Robotics and Computer Assisted Surgery Market are anticipated to gain $20.5 billion by 2022. It is a technologically advanced surgical, rehabilitation, and the assistive solution used mainly during complex surgical procedures, physical complications, and hospital automation, respectively. It is mainly segmented into surgical, non-invasive radiosurgery, rehabilitation, and pharmacy automation robots. The surgical robotics system includes surgical arms, surgeon's console, and monitoring systems & software. The surgical robotic systems market achieved prominence in recent years, owing to fast technological advancements, increasing investments in R&D, and its extensive application in critical surgeries such as orthopedic, cardiac, and neurosurgery. Moreover, a wide scope of applications in different surgeries, increasing demand for advanced medical facilities, and rising incidence of diseases, such as cancer and obesity, majorly supplement the growth of the global surgical robotic systems market. In the case of rehabilitation robots, the medical robotics and computer-assisted surgery market gained admiration because of the rising aging population prone to physical disabilities and the growing need for automated-assistive rehabilitation solutions.

The global stem cell therapy market is segmented into allogeneic and autologous stem cell therapy. In addition, based on the therapeutic applications, the global stem cell therapy market is divided into eye diseases, metabolic diseases, GIT diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, immune system diseases, CNS diseases, CVS diseases, wounds and injuries, and others. The market is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 39.5% from 2015 to 2020, to reach $330 million by 2020. Over the past 25 years, lung transplantation has become a viable treatment option for patients with a variety of end-stage lung diseases. In 2007 more than 1,400 lung transplants occurred in the United States. Another 2,000 Americans remain on lung transplantation waiting lists, while 90 more are waiting for transplantation of both a heart and lung.

There are currently about 123,193 people waiting for lifesaving organ transplants in the U.S. Of these, 101,662 are waiting for kidney transplants. The median wait time for an individual’s kidney transplantation is 3.6 years and can vary depending on the health, compatibility, and availability of organs. 17,105 kidney transplants took place in the US in 2014.

A total of 29000 whole pancreas transplantation and 1500 islet transplantation have been performed worldwide until today.

Every year, more than 1,500 people die waiting for a donated liver to become available. The number of centers increased from 59 to 116 and the number of liver transplants performed in the US more than doubled from 1,713 to 4,487; the waiting list grows every year.

    Paris, France

Paris, the cosmopolitan capital of France, is one of Europe's largest cities, with 2.2 million people living in the dense, central city and almost 12 million people living in the whole metropolitan area. Located in the north of France on the river Seine, Paris has the well-deserved reputation of being the most beautiful and romantic of all cities, brimming with historic associations and remaining vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.

February is a very cool time to visit Paris, France, when the city is in the midst of the winter season. The weather is generally quite cold at this time of year, with a windchill making conditions feel even more bracing. February is the perfect antidote to the end-of-winter gloom and doom.

We assure that you will get a great experience by attending and participating in Surgery 2020 at the City of Lights
